  • Two tailored sofas (in lieu of a single sectional), in a performance grade fabric
  •   Accent chairs - review of the two side chairs already on hand for fit
  • Coffee table with rounded corners: end tables to balance the seating arrangement
  •   Spill-resistant area rug (washable or performance fiber)
  •   Floor and table lamps, with attention to ambient layering
  •   Custom window treatments - drapery, with optional shades for privacy
  •   Console review - assessment and styling of the console already purchased
  •   Curated art. mirrors. books, and accessories so the room reads complete

Our Full Service engagement is billed at a Flat Rate based on scope. This ensures the investment stays honest to the work the project actually requires while eliminating surprises. Here's what we project.

Six phases over roughly 6 months. The thanksgiving milestone is the fixed point we work back from. Every prior date holds because of it.
